I’m not racist but surely allowing so-called new age travellers to flout our British way of life means that things have gone too far? Defacing statues in Trafalgar Square is just not British.

Some leftists will predictably argue that so-called new age travellers aren’t defacing statues in Trafalgar Square in reality. But reality has a well known left-wing bias. George Osborne agrees with me, saying today, "we are coming slowly, painfully to an autumn of understanding, I hope it will be followed by a winter of common sense.".
